“I’m genuinely pleased to be involved with the Meta-Age Push-Up and Squat Challenge. Helping and giving back to the NHS is something I wholeheartedly support because, let’s face it, we all need to move more. Encouraging people to get active, step away from screens, and stay fit is crucial. These small habits add up over time and can really make a difference.
But beyond that, there’s the bigger picture—the £6 billion the NHS spends every year on preventable illnesses. That’s a staggering amount of money, and it could be drastically reduced if more of us took our health seriously. More than anything, I want to ensure that the NHS is there for my kids when they need it. So let’s all do our bit and make a change. Every squat, every push-up counts.”
